All orders must be processed before shipped. The total time to receive our Elegantpark.com order is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time. Please use the chart below to help gauge how long it will take to receive your order.

Processing time differs from category to category. Refer to the table below for more precise processing and shipping times to better estimate when you will receive your order.

A Friendly Tip:If your order has both tailor-made items (such as bridal gowns and formal dresses) and regular items (such as evening handbas, bridal jewelry sets, petticoats ), we will wait until tailor-made items are complete to ship your order together in a single package, minimizing your shipping fees. If you wish to receive your regular items first, we encourage you to order tailor-made items separately.
