Order Status Meaning
Customers have the flexibility to make changes to any order they’ve placed until the time it is shipped through our convenient online order management system.
In My Orders, you can easily find each order you've placed and its current status. On your order details page, various help options will be available based on your order status.
Please see the table below to learn what options are available to you at each stage of your order.

Pending | Your order has been placed successfully, but we are still in the process of confirming payment details. You must submit a payment in order for us to process and ship your order. Payment Received | We’ve received your payment and are beginning verification to ensure payment security. | |
Verifying Payment | We received your payment and will confirm it in approximately 1 working day. Your order will then continue processing according to our standard procedure. | |
Payment Confirmed | Your payment has just been confirmed and we will begin processing your order immediately. | |
Processing | We are now selecting the products you ordered, checking them for quality and carefully packaging them for shipment. Average processing time: 3-6 working days. Tailor-made items: 15-45 working days |
